Change is the only constant in our lives. Whether it is driven by us or by the environment around us, the way we deal with change teaches a lot about ourselves and the world we live in.
Our individual and collective habits, ways of working and perceptions are affecting how we respond to change. We cannot deal with change in the same way and expect different results but we can listen to ourselves and find new ways to drive change. If we embrace change with curiosity, courage and calm the result could take us far from stress, resignation or resentment to enthusiasm, resilience, engagement.
About you: If you are going through a change in your life (career change, becoming a parent, new location, etc.) or you would like to drive change in your environment (team, organization) this offer is for you.
Approach: We will start with an individual discovery session to define your goals and the opportunities. Going through several individual coaching sessions, we will focus on discovering and learning new attitudes and behaviors that will serve you best and create the flexibility you are looking for. You will understand your choices and co-create new ones, more aligned with yourself. This approach involves usually 6 to 10 individual coaching sessions over the course of 3-4 months.
